PostGuard for Reddit™ (postguard.xeviora.com) — the browser extension and this website — is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: support@xeviora.com
By creating an account, installing our browser extension or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PostGuard.
1. The service
PostGuard is a browser extension for people who post on community forums for a living or for their product, plus this companion website. The pre-flight checks, the account health panel and manual visibility checks are free and run locally in your browser. Pro features (continuous post-publication monitoring, the full account visibility check, full history and export) require a subscription, and AI reply drafting runs through our backend and is metered in credits.
PostGuard is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the company that operates the site it supports, and you remain responsible for complying with that site’s own terms of service while using it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure — signing in on this site also enables AI features in the PostGuard extension on that browser. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract API keys or bypass credit metering.
- Use the service to process unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
- Resell or redistribute AI output as a competing bulk service.
- Overload the backend with automated requests outside normal extension use.
4. Credits, plans & billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal), not as PostGuard. For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit paddle.net.
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Paid plans grant an allotment of AI credits each billing period. Credits are a prepaid measure of AI usage inside PostGuard and nothing else: they are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be gifted, resold, redeemed for money or withdrawn. They are not currency, stored value, or a gift card.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with notice; changes never affect a period already paid for.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: 30 days, in full, no reason needed, and any statutory right of withdrawal you have under the law of your country applies on top of it.
5. Third-party content
PostGuard reads pages you are already visiting. That content belongs to its respective authors and to the site that hosts it, and is subject to their terms. AI-generated drafts and AI rule reviews are produced automatically and may contain errors. Drafts are shown in the extension for you to copy and review; a rule review is an opinion, not a moderation decision. PostGuard never submits anything on your behalf, and what you post is your responsibility.
6. Risk scores are estimates, not guarantees
Automated moderation configuration on the sites we support is private and not visible to anyone outside their moderation teams. PostGuard’s risk scores are estimates derived from published community rules, your own account data, your own posting history and anonymous statistics contributed by other users. They are probabilistic. We do not promise that a post will stay up, that it will be removed, or that an account is or is not restricted. Visibility checks can also be inconclusive when the site rate-limits them, in which case the extension reports “not confirmed” rather than a verdict.
7. Disclaimers & liability
PostGuard is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeviora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using PostGuard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Your local history and settings remain on your device regardless, and you can export or delete them from the extension.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, including your statutory right to withdraw from a purchase where one applies.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Questions? Email support@xeviora.com.
